He is your first point of contact for Something for Catering, ensuring you receive the fastest and best correspondence in the industry. His talents do not stop at events, Sam also specialises in wine and will be your resident sommelier for your next event.

His passion for sourcing the best local produce ensures your event is catered with the best produce our region has to offer, taking our catering experience to the next level. Brent also doubles as our in-house food photographer.
